Refund Policy

1. The policy

If you are not happy with a purchase of AAF Look (or any paid Park Street Post software), you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. You do not need to justify it.

2. How to request one

Email hello@parkstreetpostsoftware.com with the email address you used at checkout, or the order ID from your receipt. You can also use the support link in the receipt email from Paddle, our merchant of record. Either path works; we see both.

3. How it is processed

Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Once approved, the refund usually appears within 3 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Your license is deactivated in future versions of the software after the refund completes; please delete the license file.

4. Try before you buy

The 14-day free trial is the complete app with every feature on. It exists so a refund never has to: you can know exactly what you are buying before you pay.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you have under the law where you live, including EU and UK withdrawal rights. Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms also apply to purchases.

6. Free tools

Our free tools (AAF Browser, aafinfo, and FinalPass, over on parkstreetpost.com/software) are free; there is nothing to refund. If one of them saved your day anyway, tell a colleague.
