Privacy Policy
Effective June 19, 2026. The short version: we collect as little as we can, we run no analytics or ad trackers, and our apps never phone home.
1. Who this covers
This policy covers parkstreetpostsoftware.com and the software published by Park Street Post, Inc. (Burbank, California), including AAF Look.
2. The website
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser user agent, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operations. We run no analytics, no advertising trackers, and set no cookies on this site.
3. When you buy something
Paid purchasing is not open yet; only the free trial is available today. When it opens, purchases will be processed by a third-party payment provider acting as our merchant of record, under that provider's own privacy policy (named here before any sale); we never see your card number. From a completed purchase we receive your name, email address, country, and a transaction ID. We use these to issue your license, deliver it by email, and support you afterward. We do not sell or share this information for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
4. License files
Your software license is a small file containing your name, email address, and order ID, emailed to you after purchase through a transactional email provider. The file lives on your machine; the software reads it locally and transmits nothing.
5. The apps
Our software runs entirely on your machine. No telemetry, no usage analytics, no crash reporting, no account, no phone-home. The files you inspect never leave your computer. License checks happen locally and work with no internet connection at all.
6. Email
If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you and remember that we did. If you ask to be told when a new tool ships, we keep your email for that one purpose until you ask us to stop. We do not add it to any other list.
7. Who we share with
Only the services that make the above work: our payment provider (payments and tax, once paid purchasing opens), a transactional email provider (license delivery), and our hosting provider. No data brokers, no ad networks, no sale of personal information.
8. Your rights
Email us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We will answer within 30 days. Note that our payment provider is an independent controller of payment records; requests about payment data may also need to go to that provider. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, or California) you may have specific statutory rights; we honor them.
9. Retention
We keep purchase and license records for as long as needed to support your license and meet legal obligations, then delete them.
10. Children
Neither the site nor the software is directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
11. Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Questions: support@parkstreetpostsoftware.com.
